Position: Operations Specialist (Payment Control Operations)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22.29/HR, Paid Weekly
(Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.)

Position Overview:

Support the Syndicated and Corporate Lending team by performing daily operational analysis, research, and issue resolution related to payment control functions. Responsible for monitoring high-volume transactions, completing exception processing, generating routine reports, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Partner with internal stakeholders to implement operational solutions, improve workflows, and support procedural updates. Provide guidance to team members regarding process changes, technical updates, and operational enhancements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve daily operational issues related to corporate lending payment activity.
• Complete exception processing and research discrepancies across internal systems.
• Create routine reports and support ongoing analytics to track trends and performance.
• Follow and administer established operational procedures and controls.
• Coordinate implementation of operational solutions and process improvements.
• Assist with documenting, monitoring, and supporting new products, services, and workflows.
• Communicate procedural and technical changes to associates within the business unit.
• Manage large volumes while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
