  • Responsibilities

    Position: Funds Trade Support Operations Specialist

    Full-Time: 40 hours

    Location: Pennington, NJ (100% on site training, will move to hybrid after training)

    Assignment: ASAP (once onboarding clears)to 6/15/2026, potential extension or conversion to perm

    Pay: $22.29 hourly, paid weekly.

    Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8am -5pm EST

     

    Job Details:

    The Funds Trade Support Ops. Analyst will be responsible for handling trade corrections, manual trade exceptions and other financial transactions in support of Mutual Fund Trading, including offshore funds. The incumbent will collaborate with various internal and external business partners, including Fund Families, Portfolio Managers, Trading desks, and Transfer Agents. The ideal candidate should be well organized, have an ability to handle multiple functions under tight deadlines, and have strong communication skills. Microsoft Office knowledge is required.

    Required Skills/Experience:
    \- Must have ability to communicate Trade information to external parties.
    \- Process manual trade instructions
    \- Validate key control reports
    \- Perform Quality Assurance
    \- Strong organizational skills
    \- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
    \- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    \- Time management skills

    Desired Skills/Experience:
    \- Knowledge of investment products
    \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including advanced Excel skills?

     

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
    • The ability to lift up to 30lbs
    • Use of computers and technology
