    PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT - OPS DEPARTMENT

    RESPONSIBLITIES:

    • Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
    • Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
    • Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives
    • Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.
    • Enacts contingency plans as needed; escalates and directs activities during systems problems, disasters, etc.
    • Identifies potential problems, troubleshoots, escalates issues to management, and participates in analysis of problems providing input for future process improvements.
    • Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate conductive to maximize employee morale and productivity

    This full-time, salary, role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Operations Manager

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Analytical Skills and statistical background
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Bachelors Degree or 5 years of experience/training or a combination of both

    PAY AND SHIFT TIMES:

    • Rotating Shift driven by business needs
    • Current Shift Times: 5a-3p and 5p-3a
    • Current Shift Days: 5-6 Days Per Week
    • Salaried Full-Time Role
