We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive productivity, support safety initiatives, and ensure quality standards are met—especially within MIG welding processes.

Location: Cleveland, OH
Shift: 3rd Shift (10pm-6am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support production teams to meet daily goals
• Coordinate shift schedules, training, and performance management
• Ensure process compliance, equipment readiness, and production flow
• Drive continuous improvement, safety, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years in manufacturing (automotive or Tier 1 supplier preferred)
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with welding operations and lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
