  • Responsibilities

    This position is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of Property Management in accordance with our company’s vision, mission, and core values. Those aspects include maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. The Operations Support Manager is also responsible for the hiring and training of all hotel staff. As a leader, the Operations Support Manager must be a self-starter and understand that the position requires 24-hour availability, living on property during their assignment, and frequent travel. Responsibilities: • Coordinate property maintenance, events, room bookings, and compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. • Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction by being present, responsive, and solution-oriented. • Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure consistent service and adherence to company standards. • Facilitate regular staff meetings, trainings, and department check-ins to build team alignment and operational consistency. • Perform administrative duties including payroll, bank deposits, and enforcement of operational and safety procedures. Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest experience and staff engagement. • Demonstrated success in leading change, communicating transitions clearly, and supporting staff through organizational shifts. • Proven ability to manage and develop teams, delegate effectively, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • A commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture. • Business-savvy with a strong understanding of budget management, cost control, and strategic alignment in a fast-changing environment. Compensation: $65,000
