    This position is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of Property Management in accordance with our company’s vision, mission, and core values. Those aspects include maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. The Operations Support Manager is also responsible for the hiring and training of all hotel staff. As a leader, the Operations Support Manager must be a self-starter and understand that the position requires 24-hour availability, living on property during their assignment, and frequent travel. Responsibilities: • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and maximizing property revenue. • Perform administrative duties including payroll, bank deposits, and enforcement of operational and safety procedures. • Oversee facilities upkeep, event planning, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. • Oversee daily hotel operations and directly supervise teams across Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Breakfast departments. • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining a visible presence during key operational times. Qualifications: • Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, project coordination, and workflow design. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to design efficient workflows and lead initiatives to completion. • Demonstrated success in leading change, communicating transitions clearly, and supporting staff through organizational shifts. • Financial and operational acumen, including budget oversight and cost management. • Technically proficient and committed to ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing.
