We’re seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to help oversee daily operations and support management in maintaining high performance across our expanding portfolio.

Responsibilities

Conduct property inspections and walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance.

Coordinate vendors and contractors—schedule, follow up, and verify quality of work.

Assist management with administrative tasks, reporting, and client communication.

Support field operations including move-ins, move-outs, property tours, and inspections.

Track and update work orders, ensuring timely completion and accurate records.

Respond to urgent property issues or emergencies, providing clear updates to leadership.

Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for internal and client use.

Serve as a reliable point of contact for tenants and clients when management is unavailable.

Qualifications

5+ years of property management experience, including 3+ years in operations or leadership support.

Experience with multifamily and commercial property operations.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).

Working knowledge of property maintenance processes and vendor coordination.

Florida Real Estate License preferred but not required.
