    About the Role:

    Join First Response Restoration as our Operations and Administration Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. We are looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others in their time of need.

    Responsibilities:

    Coordinate daily administrative operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational activities.

    Support financial processes utilizing Quickbooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, job costing, etc.

    Oversee the implementation and ongoing use of Service Titan, including onboarding of the platform, training of staff, and optimizing workflows.

    Research and ensure compliance with DOT licensing, regulations, and recordkeeping.

    Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows for all business processes.

    Facilitate communication between departments to streamline workflows.

    Oversee Human Resource activities including posting jobs, screening resumes, recruitment of subcontractors, onboard new hires, maintain employee records, and insure compliance with company policies.

    Setup and maintain a Call Center, including the oversight of staff and communication systems.

    Setup and maintain relationships with Financing partners so that we can offer financing opportunities to our customers.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in operations or administrative roles, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

    Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
