Operations and Data Coordinator
Greenville, SC • Hybrid • Full-Time • $23–$25/hour
The Opportunity
We're a growing company in the employee group benefits market looking for a technically strong Operations and Data Coordinator to own client onboarding, financial operations, reporting, and data management.
This is a ground-floor position with direct impact. You'll work closely with a small, fast-moving team and have regular contact with employer clients and insurance brokers.
You're a Strong Fit If You Have
• 2–4 years in a B2B operations, data, or client services role
• Hands-on B2B client onboarding experience — checklists, coordination, multi-step processes
• Strong financial and data analysis skills, including transforming raw data into clean formats
• Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in a professional context
• A history of improving processes, not just following them
• Advanced Excel skills: financial modelling, data transformation, VBA or Python
Benefits, insurance, or financial services experience is a plus, not a requirement.
