Our client, an established wealth management firm known for its growth-oriented and client-focused culture, is seeking an Operations & Executive Support Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This position is 5 days onsite in their Rockville, MD office.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Ensure a smooth, organized, and professional office environment.
- Serve as the first point of contact by managing phones, guests, mail, and vendors.
- Oversee office supplies, tech coordination, and facility needs.
Executive Support
- Provide high-level support to the CEO and leadership team.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and sensitive information with discretion.
- Track deadlines and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
Compliance Assistance
- Support SEC compliance documentation and reporting processes.
- Liaise with external consultants and ensure timely filings.
- Track training, monitor deadlines, and support internal audits.
Special Projects
- Lead or assist with projects such as software transitions and process improvements.
- Conduct research to support strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in operations, office management, or executive support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
- Experience in financial services is a plus, not required
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative
