    ZKTeco WFM, a leader in employee time clocks and SaaS-based workforce data collection solutions, seeks a Operations and HR Manager to oversee business operations and HR processes for a team of 30–40 employees, including overseas staff. This hybrid role ensures efficient operations, fosters a positive work culture, and aligns strategies with organizational goals. The selected candidate will be supported by at least one administrative resource.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operational Management

    Oversee and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency.

    Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    Allocate resources to meet operational demands and ensure SLA adherence.

    Manage vendor relationships (facilities, IT, insurance) and ensure regulatory compliance.

    Identify revenue opportunities and develop growth strategies.

    Customer and Team Satisfaction

    Maintain high customer service standards and resolve client issues.

    Monitor employee productivity, set performance goals, and conduct evaluations.

    Provide coaching and development opportunities for staff.

    Human Resources Management

    Administer HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.

    Manage recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.

    Oversee PTO, attendance, and benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.).

    Act as a resource for employee concerns and workplace issues.

    Team and Culture Development

    Foster a positive work environment and promote company values.

    Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.

    Continuous Improvement & Compliance

    Identify and implement operational enhancements.

    Maintain records and support audits and compliance reporting.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (preferred).

    3+ years of experience in operations and HR management.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems, and business tools.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    Knowledge of employment laws and operational best practices.
