As a result of our ongoing growth, we are seeking an HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST to add to our team. 

The HR Generalist will support our clients throughout the HR employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance and policy implementation, performance management, benefits selection and design, HR project management, and other HR Generalist duties as needed.

The ideal candidate MUST possess:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience within a dedicated HR function
• Experience with benefits, employee relations, and/or policy and procedures development
• Knowledge of state and federal employment regulations and Human Resources practices
• Solid written and verbal communication skills and an understanding of general business practices
• Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and interact with all levels of management
• Highly organized, able to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of proficiency with Excel and HRIS/Payroll platforms and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed
