    Operatix provides customized sales programs for the B2B technology market that meet the specific needs of our clients. We accelerate sales and generate a higher return on marketing activities by:

    • Partnering with outbound sales and marketing to develop 'C' level engagements (appointment setting)
    • Increasing pipeline generation through improved qualification of leads
    • Running account based marketing initiatives
    • Business Development

    We are expanding our team and are seeking both seasoned Inside Sales Representatives and candidates looking to kick start a career in Inside Sales. This is a business-to-business role, within the Technology sector. This opening requires you to work in a fast paced environment and must have a desire to learn, have a positive mindset and strong communication skills.

    This is a salary plus commissions opportunity with excellent growth opportunity.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Place outbound phone calls (cold calling) to set appointments to initiate the sales process on behalf of our customers
    • Account management – Develop and maintain strong relationships and consistent communication with client(s) assigned to you
    • Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through execution of demand generation activities
    • Manage activity in CRM tool/db and maintain sales metrics
    • Continuous prospecting through LinkedIn, Discover.org and other data sources
    • Make 70+ calls daily into target accounts

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Superior telephone appointment-generating skills
    • Bachelors degree preferred but not a requirement
    • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication capabilities
    • Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship-building skills
    • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
    • Takes initiative and approaches all tasks and projects proactively
    • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks using sales initiative
    • MS Office to intermediate level - Excel, Outlook, Word - good web skills
    • No criminal record - background checks standard as we work into the high level IT Cyber security industry
