    Position Overview
    The Operator 3 – Harvester Tractor is a key role on our Harvest team. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining specialized harvest machinery for baby leaf crops while ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality.

    What You'll Do

    • Perform daily equipment inspections using KipTraq before operating machinery.

    • Operate harvesting equipment for baby leaf products.

    • Adjust knives and calibrate moving belts for different commodities.

    • Monitor crop size and quality, adjusting blade height to meet specifications.

    • Inspect product at the start of each harvest and report issues to the Crew Lead.

    • Occasionally move irrigation pipes to allow for harvest operations.

    • Report equipment concerns or repair needs to the maintenance team.

    • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and food safety requirements.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    What We're Looking For

    • Minimum 3 months of agricultural experience.

    • 1+ years operating harvest machinery , preferably with baby leaf crops.

    • Must be 18 years or older.

    • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.

    Physical & Work Environment Requirements

    • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

    • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

    • Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).

    • Flexibility to work day, evening, or night shifts as needed.
