What You’ll Do
✅ Operate the facility in accordance with Tessenderlo Kerley policies and all applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT and state/federal regulations.
✅ Load and unload trucks and railcars while following strict safety and environmental procedures.
✅ Read and record local instrumentation data, and obtain and analyze product samples to verify quality.
✅ Perform outside operations, including manual valve and equipment operation.
✅ Troubleshoot and correct process and equipment irregularities as needed.
✅ Participate in plant safety programs by attending meetings, reporting hazards and conducting inspections.
✅ Support hazardous waste management, including packaging, labeling and cleanup per HAZWOPER training.
✅ Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and assist with facility projects, turnarounds and confined space entries.
✅ Implement emergency response procedures and assist in resolving incidents when required.
✅ Support special assignments and other duties as needed by plant management.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
✔ High school diploma or GED required.
✔ Technical, mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred.
✔ Ability to read and understand technical materials and regulatory documentation.
✔ Basic math, analytical and chemistry knowledge.
✔ Good verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Computer literacy and the ability to work with basic digital tools.
✔ Commitment to teamwork, safety and operational excellence.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
Ability to pass a Fit Test and wear full-face and half-face respirators as required.
