Dynamic fast paced professional office seeks an experienced Analyst to be responsible for evaluation and oversight of non-performing loans and REO assets. In this role, you can stretch and grow with the organization. The position is based in our Seattle, WA headquarters.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
Carrying out market condition and value analysis of potential new assets.
Coordinating and management of all REO valuation activities (BPOs, Appraisals, etc).
Evaluating new inventory and assess marketability by determining as-is or repaired strategies.
Assisting in developing preferred agent and contractor networks in assigned territories.
Coordinating and monitoring the eviction process through our preferred attorney network and make cash for key recommendations based on state timeline and future holding costs.
Securing properties, managing initial and ongoing property preservation, utilities, and tax/HOA payment approvals via REO listing agent/vendor.
Measuring performance through execution/pre-determined KPI’s and identify areas that need improvement.
Attending weekly/monthly calls with servicers and vendors to ensure that process is working, and portfolio is moving according to set timelines.
Utilizing exception reporting to identify assets that are off track and escalate as needed. (violations/liens)
Communicating high level findings or areas of concern to team management.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
Prefer 4-year degree in English, Communication, Business, Marketing, or related focus.
3 years’ experience in valuing, marketing and selling real estate owned assets or equivalent experience in residential asset management and/or renovation and restoration
-OR 3 years’ experience in retail mortgage lending or loan origination
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Familiar with spreadsheets and data analysis
Strong analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail
Previous experience with Pyramid Platform REO Management software would be an asset
Able to take direction and take ownership of very detailed processes.
Must be flexible, highly organized and have a proven ability to juggle multiple and competing tasks and demands, collaborating with team members and working independently.
Must have high level of proficiency with a variety of computer software applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Visio). Previous experience with Pyramid Platform REO Management software preferred.
