System Support Integration Analyst Opportune LP - Houston, TX 77041 The System Support/Integration Analyst will serve as a key member of the Special Projects team and will be responsible for setup and support of clients and customers in Opportune and client-hosted systems and completing conversions/new client set-ups. This position is in our Northwest Houston, Texas office with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following: * Provide support for BOLO, OnBase, DocVue and AutoMate as needed * Monitor help desk requests for system support * Maintain user and client menus in BOLO in accordance with SOC1 compliance * Assist departments with uploads and system errors * Build queries as requested by clients and employees * Assist with resolving errors in systems * Contact vendors and submit case requests for items not resolved by internal analysts * Review accounting processing issues for resolution * Interface with clients and customers on special projects * Assist on set-ups and data conversions * Edit and create upload templates on Master Files to upload into Bolo accounting software system * Assists with preparing and building historical transactions and sub ledgers * Assist with new client set-up * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * This position requires a Bachelors Degree. Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of oil and gas software experience such as BOLO, Excalibur or OGSYS. * Must have strong professional presence and effective verbal/written communication. * Exceptional time-management, planning and administrative skills are required. * Ability to create custom scripts and Query based interrogations to support customer reporting and data integration. * Proficiency with BOLO, OnBase, DocVue, and AutoMate is preferred. * Exceptional skills in Excel or equivalent software used in data analysis and conversion projects is required.
