Job Description -

Global Support of all alternative fund transactions:

Help facilitate clients wanting to buy/transfer alternative investments by supporting four internal client bases: Mutual Funds Trading Desks (NYC/London), Mutual Funds Transfer Desk (NJ), MF Corporate Actions (NJ) and MFS Implementations/Conversion Team (Boston).

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Review and complete Hedge Fund Documentation.
• Manage client investments into Alternative Funds including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and real estate funds.
• Organize and maintain client and fund company information (client profile, hedge fund subscription documents, PPMs, etc.)
• Respond to internal and external client inquiries.
• Contact Fund Companies to ensure external accounts are set up properly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or related industry experience preferred
• Ability to work successfully with internal and external clients and service providers
• Ability to work successfully in a team oriented environment
• Superior organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Professional, Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and PowerPoint

Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

Contract Position: 11/28/2024 - 5/28/2025
