What You’ll Do Step into a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll:

Help customers discover eyewear they love—combining function, comfort, and personal style

Interpret prescriptions and ensure every detail is just right

Fit and adjust glasses and contact lenses for perfect vision and all-day comfort

Share your expertise on lenses, coatings, and the latest trends in eyewear

Keep our displays fresh, organized, and visually inspiring

Educate patients on how to care for their eyewear so it lasts

Work closely with optometrists to deliver seamless, high-quality care

Travel between nearby office locations as needed to support the team and ensure consistent, high-quality service

Stay ahead of the curve with new optical technologies and fashion trends

What You Bring We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about people as they are about precision:

Experience in optical sales or customer-focused roles

Strong knowledge of eyewear products and terminology

Friendly, confident communication skills

A sharp eye for detail and problem-solving

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Flexibility and willingness to travel between nearby offices when needed
