Responsibilities:

Assist patients in selecting eyewear that suits their style and vision needs.

Take precise measurements and ensure proper frame adjustments for an optimal fit.

Educate patients on lens options, coatings, pricing, and insurance benefits.

Process and verify lens orders, including ordering uncut lenses and edging them in-house using lab equipment.

Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship of completed eyewear.

Maintain inventory for lenses and optical supplies, placing orders as needed.

Troubleshoot and maintain optical lab equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with the optometry team to deliver a seamless and efficient patient experience.

Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
