Optim Marketing is one of Charlotte's leading client consulting and sales agencies. We specialize in new customer acquisitions through face to face sales for some of the largest companies in the U.S. and focus on professional development.

After an extremely successful 2022, our plans to expand are unfolding quickly. While most companies are doing the opposite of expanding, we are seeking driven and motivated individuals to be a part of our team as we continue to grow.

Our plan for this role:

1. Begin training in an entry level face to face sales role
2. Promote into a team lead role with a focus on a small team management
3. Promote into an assistant management role to train on market management
4. Once training is completed in the above roles, promote to a management role in one of our new expansion markets for the clients we represent

*While no management experience is required it is encouraged.

We have worked diligently to operate and perform at a high level to really impress the clients we have ongoing contracts with. Requirements:

• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must posses a reliable means of transportation to conduct sales within the greater Charlotte area..
• Must possess effective communication skills.
• Must be willing to conduct sales face to face.
