• Researching and preparing variance analysis
• Researching and solving business inquiries from other departments
• Working with the accounting department to assist with data aspects of the close process
• Analyzing data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been executed
• Preparing reports utilizing BI tools including weekly financial reports with charts and tables
• Providing analysis of budget vs actual, TTM, and other strategic planning reports

You are the right person if you have:

• 5+ years in a Senior Financial Analyst role
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Sumif, Macros)
• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• A self-starter attitude and can plug and go without much guidance
• Excellent communication and the ability to deliver numbers to management with analysis and recommendations for improvements
