    So what does a Business Development Manager at Optim do?

    • You'll develop a client base for our recruiter on-demand and contingent search services.
    • You'll market to clients via phone and email as well as conducting in-person meetings.
    • You'll generate leads with the help from our lead generation team and new business deals. 
    • You'll work with your clients on sourcing, screening, and qualifying potential candidates for our client's openings.
    • You'll schedule interviews with hiring managers at your clients.
    • You'll play an integral part in selecting well-matched candidates to fulfill your client's openings.
