As the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist your job duties will include:

• managing a high volume of invoices for a shared service center including matching and coding
• assisting with launching new AP automation tools
• assisting with preparing the AP accrual
• managing T&E reporting
• preparing aging analysis and scheduling invoices for payment

You are the right person if you have:

• 4+ years of accounts payable experience in a high volume setting
• an associate degree or higher in accounting
• experience with Sage or MAS90
• accounts payable experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or construction organization
