As the Staff Accountant your job duties will include:

• assisting with AP, AR including matching, coding and preparing accruals
• preparing journal entries
• reconciling AP & AR sub-ledgers and assisting with month-end and year-end closes
• working with prepaids, PTO, and accrued payroll accounts
• preparing management reports including budget to actual variances and TTM
• managing fixed assets and capital expenditures

You are the right person if you have:

• 1-2 years of general ledger experience including working with AP and AR sub-ledgers
• a bachelor degree
• intermediate hands-on experience with Excel (pivot tables and lookups a must)
• 1-2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or distribution organization

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year
