WE ARE RECRUITING FOR ONE OF OUR FAVORITE CLIENTS IN ORANGE COUNTY. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A HIGH-ENERGY, AMBITIOUS ACCOUNTANT WITH REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE TO JOIN OUR EXISTING TEAM. IF THAT IS YOU... PLEASE READ FURTHER:

DAILY ACCOUNTING AND OPERATIONS

• Accounts payable for all entities

• Initiate/manage monthly autopay payables

• Accounts receivable for all entities

• Prepare weekly reports as needed

• Send via email Monthly Statements for tenants with past due accounts

TENANT RELATIONS/COMMUNICATIONS

• Send via email Monthly Statements for tenants with past due accounts

• Ad hoc reports and compilation of data at request of Managers

ANNUAL YEAR-END REPORTING SUPPORT FOR MANAGERS, AUDITORS, AND LENDERS:

• Support interim and year end auditor requests

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION/ HR / INSURANCE ADMIN

• Assist with bi-weekly payroll as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Accounting Degree

·       2-4 years accounting experience in Real Estate

·       Yardi Voyager or MRI preferred but not required (please list other software capabilities in your response)
