    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Sales Support Specialist at Optima Tax Relief, LLC ("Optima") Santa Ana, California office, this role reports to Associate Director, Sales Training with supervision by the Vice President of Sales. This is a client care/introductory sales support position. This position will be responsible for reaching out to all clients within various stages of the Optima enrollment process (Pre-Enrollment, Current Clients, and prospective clients that have failed to move forward for various reasons)

    ***HOURLY RATE + MONTHLY COMMISSION/BONUS

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assists with following up with existing and prospective clients and transferring warm inquiries directly to the sales staff.
    • Contacts prospective clients that have reached out in the past, but have not moved forward with representation.
    • Identifies concerns and escalates them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
    • Handle calls with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Other tasks as assigned
    • In order to be provided the essential training required to be successful in this role, it is mandatory that you are present for and complete all essential/initial training onsite for up to 5 business days (unless prior management approval is provided). Please note that additional onsite training may be required depending on business need.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • No formal education is necessary / High School Diploma required.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,& ABILITIES

    • Ability to process with high outbound and inbound call daily production.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing.
    • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques and being proficient with Optima CRM.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
