Client Liaison - 2

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As an OPP (Optima Protection Plan) Client Liaison you will be the main point of contact between the graduated clients and our Tax Professionals. You will be relied upon to keep the client informed and on track with the resolution Optima has helped establish for them.

• Multitasking client pipeline
• Contacting IRS agents to request and obtain updated information
• Creating and completing monthly balance and activity reports for clients
• Answering and assisting clients with questions or concerns when needed in a timely manner
• Providing monthly reminders of upcoming monthly payments owed to IRS (IA payments, OIC Payments, Estimated Tax Payments, etc.)
• Assisting the Tax Professional with needed information or documents
• Other tasks and duties as needed

WHAT WE NEED

• Knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office Applications
• 2+ years of experience as a Case Manager or 2+ years in an office environment (customer service and office administration)
• Type a minimum of 35 WPM (Assessment will be conducted at time of interview)
• A Strong Multitasker as You Manage a Heavy Load of Clients and their Files
• A Customer Service Professional with the Ability to Build Relationships
• You Possess Excellent Organizational, Written, and Communication Skills
• Proficient and Comfortable with Office Equipment (Computer skills Microsoft Office, Outlook)
• Remain Focused and Productive in a Fast-Paced Environment
• You Hold a Strong Work Ethic and are Committed to Excellence
• A Team Player
