We are currently hiring for a sales assistant for Optimal Circadian Health where we get people out of survival mode in their health and return them to a natural state of THRIVING.
This position is for a detail oriented, intelligent, sales assistant for our team.
As a Sales Assistant you will do the following:
Optimize our calendar using online software and calling people
Data gathering and entry on results and performance metrics for our sales representatives.
Train with our sales representatives on a regular basis.
Upload and organize sales trainings
Train and onboard new sales representatives.
Perform call reviews.
Capture and document processes

Your Career:
This job is AWESOME. You have a few scheduled events as described below which will be consistent and require a few hours of your time. Other than those events, your schedule is flexible and will have tasks that need to be done throughout the day. That means this is perfect for people with lifestyles with demands (for example: stay at home parents) that can still squeeze small amounts of work throughout their day.
You allow our team to thrive and do their best work in enrolling clients into our program and their best life! You take care of the most important players in our business.
You will receive training and orientation to the administrative work and our sales process.
You will participate in twice weekly group sales team training where you’ll be taking notes in “powerpoint format” so that the training can be uploaded with visual aids later. The trainings will also be a place for you to increase your familiarity with our sales process
Independently complete sales calls reviews where you will follow and refine a process in ensuring the quality of our sales professionals and helping the Sales Director identify areas of growth of our sales professionals.
Weekly meetings with Sales Director to discuss areas of growth and concern with our Sales Professionals
Manage “leads” (prospective clients) on our calendar via our system throughout the day. This involves texting through our software and possibly calling leads ahead of time to answer certain questions. You will also be trained to review lead information and filter leads accordingly
6 days a week you will need to be available in some capacity to manage leads. You can receive notifications on your phone. If you text people throughout the day and have an internet connection on your phone, you can complete these tasks while waiting in the checkout line at the grocery store or waiting to pick up your kids.
There is ROOM for GROWTH. You may start as an assistant and grow into the Sales Manager for greater impact and income.
