• Developing Airtable bases

• Configurations in the ServiceNow platform

• Conceptualizing LMS integrations

• Operationalizing in Cohort management tools

• Process evaluation and optimization

• Data pivots and formatting

• Stakeholder and relationship management

• Conducting consultations and needs analysis

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.

• Experience conducting requirements gathering and developing that documentation

• Knowledge about traditional project management principles and frameworks

• Experience with Javascript for database automation

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Data management principles; proficiency with analytics

• Knowledgeable with process improvement methodologies

• Experience in L&D is a plus

• Be adaptable; to change, tools, process, etc

Tools experience:

• Airtable

• Excel

• SmartSheet

• Miro

• LucidChart

• Project management tracking and Gantt charts

• LMS and cohort management tools

• ServiceNow platform

• Tools experience:
