JOB TITLE: Bilingual Office Assistant/Customer Service

LOCATION: Ventura, CA 93003

DURATION: 3 Months

DESCRIPTION:

• Customer service experience including call center or phone work.
• Needed to learn phone system
• Perform data entry into the vaccination online system.
• Participate in virtual meetings and chats to stay current on frequently changing information.
• Ability to read and digest frequently changing information and deliver accurate information to callers.
