Skills and Qualifications
· Ability to manage the company’s Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts.
· Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
· Creative thinking with an excellent eye for detail.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills for collaborating with clients and members of the production team.
· Film using a cell phone and DSLR Camera and video editing.
· Use of Social Media planning software and advertising accounts.
· Ability to edit and manage a WordPress website, Elementor is a plus.
· Understanding of computer software used for planning, editing, and scripting.
· Graphic Design skills including use of Adobe suite.
· Copywriting skills, ad text, blogging, press releases, etc.
Responsibilities
· Plan and execute a social media calendar.
· Create content using photography, videography, stock photos and design.
· Copywriting and editing.
· Film content with DSLR cameras, stabilizers, sliders, and drones.
· Find information for companies, take photos, and upload to company page.
· Grow company's social media presence.
· Analyze engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns.
· Implement content strategies on social media platforms.
· Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
· Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy. Identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements.
· Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
· Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
· Help make design choices (e.g., fonts and colors) for all content.
· Participate in a team effort to produce streamline content production.
· Provide video and audio coverage at various events.
· Capture live performance events. Capture Testimonials.
· Compile video clips.
· Utilize various editing software in delivering stories through a series of interview dialogue, voice overs, b-roll, and graphics.
· Produce photography marketing content for use on social media and promotional materials.
· Film, organize and edit all video and photography to document procedures.
· Assemble raw footage, photographs, sound clips, and music for a three-minute video.
· Edit content / footage, scripts, and clips for content packages and assist with all other daily editing tasks.
· Transfer video files.
