We are looking to add an experienced Marketing Professional to our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, fast-paced and growing company.

    THIS POSITION WILL HAVE A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE, REQUIRING WORK IN OUR SANTA ANA OFFICE LOCATION 1-2 DAYS A WEEK.

    This newly created position will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of marketing projects in support of our company goals. Tasks may include:

    • Creating cohesive marketing materials including social media posts, website content, advertisements and other collateral that reflects Optimum’s brand.  
    • Developing and implementing the company’s content strategy to help our SEO efforts, drive brand awareness and increase web traffic.
    • Reviewing and updating company website by developing engaging content, style and layout that supports search optimization.
    • Creating engaging social media posts and marketing collateral, such as press releases, articles, presentation content, etc.
    • Working closely with senior leadership in the development of effective communications strategies for our clients.
    • Developing a cohesive brand look for internal documents and producing client communications.
    • Overseeing our website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most current information.
    • Reviewing industry best practices and marketing analytics, recommending improvements, and adjusting content strategy as needed.
    • Perform any other duties as needed.

     Requirements to be successful in this role:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing role managing projects and creating content.
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
    • Strong understanding and experience with SOE and content development.
    • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity.
    • Ability to create innovative ideas that reflects Optimum’s brand.
    • Strong organization and time management skills with high attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet required deadlines.
    • Ability to take initiative and use good judgment.
    • Excellent written (i.e. writing, grammar, etc.) and oral communication skills (i.e. ability to deal effectively with others, speak professionally on the phone, etc.).
    • Ability to complete projects independently in a remote environment during set work hours with little supervision.
    • Team player that embraces Optimum’s core values.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress.
