Responsibilities: • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM. • Attend home buyer consultations with clients to learn their property desires. • Assist buyers with getting pre-qualified for financing if needed. • Find properties that meet buyer's needs. • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline. • Provide first class client service to buyers. • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice. • Establish a prosperous and long-term Real Estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented Agents. Qualifications: • Current Real Estate license or willing to obtain soon (We can help you get a salesperson license and will reimburse a portion of your tuition). • High School diploma or G.E.D. • No sales experience required. • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies. • Quick response times. • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people. • Fast learner with an ability to think quickly. • Forward thinking, proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure. • Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator. • Enjoys negotiating with other people. *Tuition reimbursement is paid half upon successful closing of first sale and half upon successful closing of second sale. Compensation: $75,000+ annually at plan (commission)
