    Overview

    The sales assistant position will support the regional office in servicing independent brokers marketing the Company’s products, reporting to the RVP of Sales.  The role will be responsible for facilitating critical processes throughout the entire new business flow on behalf of the RSDs and RVP.

    Responsibilities

    o Deliver white-glove support to broker partners through the quoting and underwriting process

    o Master Company’s product portfolio to best represent the Company in the marketplace and service the office

    o Provide feedback to RVP on Company’s processes to make the office more efficient

    o Data entry of quoting and underwriting information

    o Efficiently deliver requested quotes accurately and by agreed-upon deadlines

    o Perform in-depth paperwork reviews to ensure documentation for prospective clients and work with RSDs, brokers, and customers to obtain necessary information.

    o Support a defined set of RSDs in a team environment

    o Work with other departments within the organization to advance the Company

    o Above-average attention to detail

    o Strong customer service skills

    o Above-average communication and organizational skills

    o Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows

    o High School Graduate or GED

    o Fluent in English

    o Exposure to health insurance

    Compensation

    o Base Salary – $50,000

    o Benefits – Medical, Dental, vision, STD, LTD, PTO, 401k match
