    About Good Eye Optometry

    Good Eye Optometry is an established, boutique optometry practice located in the heart of Brentwood, Los Angeles. For more than 20 years, we have combined advanced clinical care with personalized service and a curated, high-end optical experience.

    Our patients value the time and attention they receive, as well as our expertise in comprehensive eye care, specialty contact lenses, myopia management, and advanced dry eye treatment. Our modern practice is equipped with OCT, OPTOS retinal imaging, meibography, corneal topography, IPL, radiofrequency, and other advanced diagnostic and treatment technology.

    We are looking for a personable and clinically skilled Optometrist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and providing thoughtful, individualized care. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who wants to practice beyond routine eye exams and grow within a progressive, privately owned practice.

    What You’ll Do

    Provide comprehensive eye examinations with a thorough, patient-centered approach

    Diagnose and manage ocular disease, dry eye, and ocular surface conditions

    Perform IPL and radiofrequency treatments, with training provided as needed

    Fit soft, scleral, specialty, and premium contact lenses

    Participate in myopia-management and specialty-care programs

    Educate patients clearly about diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle-based vision solutions

    Recommend appropriate eyewear and lens solutions based on each patient’s visual needs

    Collaborate with an experienced, close-knit, service-focused team

    Help strengthen and expand the practice’s specialty services

    What We’re Looking For

    Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited program

    Active California optometry license in good standing

    Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

    Excellent communication skills and chairside manner

    A warm, professional, and polished approach to patient care

    Interest or experience in dry eye management, specialty contact lenses, or myopia management

    A dependable team player who values quality, integrity, and exceptional service
