We’re seeking a Medical and Primary Care Optometrist who is passionate about providing top-quality patient care and ready to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary eye care in modern offices with outstanding optical dispensaries.
• Diagnose, manage, and co-manage chronic and surgical eye conditions , partnering with fellowship-trained specialists in glaucoma, retina, refractive, and advanced anterior segment.
• Work a balanced schedule: Tuesday–Friday (8am–5pm) and Saturday (9am–3pm) — leaving your Mondays free for recreation or relaxation!

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000–$250,000 (CA Senate Bill 1162 pay range)
• Proven total income: $200K+ annually with productivity bonuses (optical + medical)
• $25,000 signing/relocation bonus
• Full benefits package: health, vision, dental, life insurance, and matching 401(k)
