    • Maintain thorough documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR)

    Mobile & Community Care Model

This role is primarily based in a mobile clinic, traveling to designated community sites such as:

    • Schools

    • Rural areas

    • Community partner organizations

You will work closely with support staff to ensure efficient setup, patient flow, and safe operations at each location. Providers may assist with coordination, equipment setup, and compliance with regulatory and infection control standards.

    Schedule

    • 5-day work week

    • Full-time

    • 160 hours of PTO annually

    • 8 paid holidays

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $150,000 – $175,000 annual salary

    • Potential sign-on and/or relocation bonus

    • 40 hours of CME annually with $2,500 reimbursement

    • Comprehensive benefits package including:

      • Health, dental, vision

      • Life and long-term disability

      • Optional short-term disability, critical illness, and accident plans

    • 401(k) with up to 4% employer match

This is a rewarding opportunity for an Optometrist seeking competitive compensation, strong benefits, and the ability to make a direct impact by delivering care where it’s needed most.
