OPUS BUSINESS CONSULTING, we are the leading sales and consulting company in the Pittsburgh area for the past 5 years. We provide the highest quality sales for our clients and our goal is to continue to expand and dominate the Western PA area. We are looking to hire a full-time customer service sales rep. Our goal is to start the training process remote for that we ideally are looking for someone high energy and great work ethic. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Remote training for 2 weeks (interactive remote training)
• Learn basic customer service and sales systems
• Self management skill-sets
• Maintain customer retention by building rapport
• Acquire new customers based on leads

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Self motivation and discipline for work from home projects
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
