REQUIRED:

• BS in an Engineering or Technology discipline
• Strong professional experience with Continuous Improvement, and with driving Lean concepts in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of professional engineering experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands-on problem solving

• Six Sigma training or certifications (Black Belt preferred)
• Robotics

• Welding and Robotic Welding

• Automation, PLC, or CNC programming
