Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Civil Engineer interested in helping to launch and lead a Roads & Transportation practice in NW Indiana for a respected firm headquartered elsewhere. Great team with a long history of delivering for multiple customers in NW Indiana, but is doing so with Engineering Project Managers and Engineers from outside the area. This role would help lead and grow the team and business with a physical presence in Merrillville. Already an existing strong book of customers in Road projects. Permanent job with excellent benefits – including a significant bonus opportunity, and any overtime hours are of course paid in addition to salary.

Role can work for someone at the Project Manager or Sr Project Engineer level, depending on what role you prefer and where you want to take your career. REQUIRED:

• BS in Civil Engineering
• PE License or ability to acquire one
• Project Management or Sr Project Engineering (with interest in Project Management) experience with Civil Road and Transportation Engineering projects.
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with a hands-on attitude.
• Ability to work now and in the future without any visa sponsorship.
