ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client seeks an Associate with at least five years of personal injury insurance defense experience to join the firm's Miami office. As part of their insurance team, you will handle complex matters for insurance industry clients throughout the United States and around the world.

QUALIFICATIONS- Will have 5+ years of personal injury insurance defense experience
- Must have experience handling product liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury claims
- Candidates must also have litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical and writing skills and academic achievement.
- Florida Bar required.
COMPENSATIONSalary starts at $185,000 DOE.
