    TITLE                :ASSOCIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I (4641)

    LOCATION         :24811 AVENUE ROCKEFELLER, VALENCIA, CA 91355

    DURATION         :12+ MONTHS CONTRACT.

    SHIFT                :FIRST SHIFT

     

    DESCRIPTION:

    ·        Level II: 3-5 years.

    ·        Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for accurately providing quotations, reviewing purchase orders and processing sales orders.

    ·        You will also have daily phone and email communications, both inbound and outbound, including customer conference calls.

    ·        You will track daily orders on time deliveries, report new lead time and dates, handle return good claims, and initiate Corrective Action Reports. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·        Responsible for entering Customer’s orders for products and services

    ·        Effectively communicate with the customer to establish overall customer status

    ·        Accurately identify the type, amount, and required date of product ordered

    ·        Coordinate with the shipping department to meet customer specific requirements

    ·        Coordinate resolution of non-conforming products and issues

    ·        Accurately quotes prices using standard pricing information and customer specific pricing agreements

    ·        Accurately calculate total prices and quantities related to sales orders

    ·        Verify the necessary information related to inventory

    ·        Work with manufacturing to expedite orders to meet customer demand

    ·        Accurately update, maintain, and complete customer information and order status

    ·        Ensures accuracy of all sales orders

    ·        Provides necessary information for the shipment of product

    ·        Interface with Sales and Marketing Representatives to develop plans for customer service

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·        Must have a high school diploma or GED

    ·        3 – 5 years of Corporate Customer Service

    ·        Strong written and verbal communication skills

    ·        Must be able to make decisions, confidently

    ·        Extremely detail oriented

    ·        Must be able to multitask

    ·        Work independently, as well as with a team

    ·        Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work, and Outlook

    ·        Must be able to use a laptop, continuously
