Description of Duties:

---

The Oracle Business Analyst will collaborate with multiple teams, actively contributing to key decisions and offering feedback and cross-functional solutions. Responsibilities include reviewing and recommending improvements to design documents to ensure they align with client requirements and objectives. The role also involves leading meetings, ensuring content accuracy and completeness, and overseeing that all tasks and project follow-ups are completed as required after design approval.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud across multiple modules from both a functional and technical perspective.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, analysis, and solution design.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Working Schedule and Travel:

Initial travel is required, with a heavier onsite presence expected early in the engagement. Over time, the role will shift to a more remote setup as client relationships are established. The typical onsite schedule is Monday through Thursday.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
