We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer with expertise in Power BI, Azure Synapse, and federal financial systems to support the Government Publishing Office (GPO). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Federal Financials, Azure-based .NET systems, and/or EFI Pace production management systems , with deep knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database backends. This role focuses on developing and maintaining data solutions that integrate these enterprise systems with modern analytics platforms while ensuring compliance with government standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and packages to support Oracle Federal Financials, EFI Pace, and .NET systems.
• Build and maintain data integrations between Oracle/SQL Server databases and Power BI/Azure Synapse for analytics and reporting.
• Modernize legacy systems by migrating data workflows to Azure-based solutions while maintaining compatibility with existing federal financial systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot ETL/ELT pipelines in Azure Synapse for enterprise data (Oracle/SQL Server backends).
• Collaborate with .NET development teams to ensure seamless data flow between applications and databases.
• Support SAP Business Objects reports (if applicable) connected to Oracle/SQL Server systems.
• Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST, and federal financial system regulations for all database and BI solutions.
• Document data architectures, ETL processes, and security protocols for audits.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle PL/SQL development (packages, triggers, performance tuning).
• Experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query) + Azure Synapse (SQL pools, pipelines)
• Experience with Oracle Federal Financials or EFI Pace systems
• Experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, SSIS)
• Government experience working with federal financial systems (e.g., Oracle Federal Financials, .NET applications for government).
• Strong understanding of database backends (Oracle/SQL Server) for enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of data security standards (FISMA, NIST 800-53) in government IT.
• Ability to obtain/hold a Public Trust clearance (or higher).
