Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled EBS HRMS Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the technical implementation, customization, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, ensuring effective utilization of HR technology to meet the organization's human resources needs.
System Customization and Configuration:
- Customize and configure Oracle EBS HRMS modules to align with organizational HR processes and policies.
- Implement and maintain HRMS setups, including position structures, organization hierarchies, and other relevant configurations.
Integration Management:
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle HRMS and other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRMS with related modules and third-party applications.
Technical Development:
- Develop and implement custom solutions, reports, and interfaces to address specific HRMS requirements.
- Utilize Oracle development tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Oracle Workflow.
Data Migration:
- Plan and execute data migration activities related to HR data, ensuring a smooth transition and data integrity.
- Validate and cleanse data during migration processes.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Design and develop custom reports and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher or other reporting tools.
- Implement solutions for HR data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Performance Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize the performance of HRMS applications by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
User Training and Support:
- Provide technical support to HRMS end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Conduct training sessions for HR and IT teams on new features, functionalities, and system updates.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for HRMS customizations, configurations, and development work.
- Keep documentation up to date with changes and enhancements.
