Job Summary: The Senior Oracle EBS Order Management Consultant is responsible for delivering end-to-end Order-to-Cash solutions with a focus on Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and Shipping modules. The role involves leading implementations optimizing supply chain processes supporting global shipping operations and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Be part of onsite team supporting IT project delivery

Provide expertise in Order Management and Shipping within Oracle EBS R12

Drive full lifecycle implementations including requirements gathering solution design configuration testing training and post-production support

Configure functionalities including sales order creation booking scheduling and ATP

Manage shipping processes including pick release ship confirm and delivery management

Handle freight terms holds workflows pricing and credit checks

Support backorder partial shipments and drop shipment processes

Integrate Order Management and Shipping with other Oracle modules

Key Skills / Knowledge

End-to-end Order Management and Shipping Execution processes in Oracle EBS R12

Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash cycle

Experience in global supply chain operations and process improvements

Experience Required

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into Oracle solutions

Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance

Support complex order fulfillment including multi-org setups global shipping rules and 3PL integrations

Nice to Have

Experience in data migration requirement analysis and MD050 MD070 documentation

Ability to prepare test scripts and lead SIT UAT and regression testing

Provide user training create SOPs and support go-live stabilization

Handle operational support tickets with strong root cause analysis
