Description of Duties:

An Oracle Fusion Cloud Report Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom reports / customized seeded reports, dashboards, and analytics within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role involves collaboration with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Report Development and Customization:

• Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View.
• Design and Customize Seeded reports using Oracle BI Publisher.
• Enhance existing reports and analytics to align with business requirements.
• Create complex SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts to extract data from Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Requirement Analysis :

• Work closely with business users and analysts to gather reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and report layouts.

Data Validation:

• Validate and test reports for accuracy, performance, and compliance.

System Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation for all report development activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with stakeholders on how to interpret the reports
• Ensure alignment with organizational reporting standards and policies.

** Qualifications and Skills:**

Technical Expertise :

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (HCM, ERP, SCM, etc.).
• Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development skills.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle Business Intelligence or PL/SQL (OCA) or Oracle Reports (OCP).
• Experience with Fusion Financials, SCM, or HCM modules.
