We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM technical functional consultant/analyst for the Oracle Guided Learning, Journeys, and Guided Journeys modules. This position will join our HR Technology team and partner to deliver best-in-class solutions by providing strategic recommendations and delivering new content and features focused on these modules.

Key Responsibilities:**
Support the development, implementation, and on-going support of Human Capital Management (HCM) system Oracle Cloud Guided Learning (OGL) tool; assure stability and performance of the products and platforms across production and nonproduction environments
Support the OGL product design sessions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements to configure content, create Base Guides, build & test new OGL items in Testing POD and Production POD
Identify and support OGL service maintenance schedule; leveraging internal and external resources/tools to solution, resolve issues, and ensure system best practices are utilized in system architecture and design
Support HCM releases to align content within OGL to support new Oracle Cloud features/functionality
Provided recommendations and develop solutions to enhance user adoption and the employee experience of Oracle Guided Learning content.
Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities to enhance user adoption and the employee experience of Oracle Guided Learning content. Deliver identified solutions.
Work Oracle SRs and communicate updates to peers.
Monitor and analyze usage data from Oracle Guided Learning.
Provide training and support to HR Technology team on Journey and Guided Journey best practices.
Share recommendations for Guided Journey usage and implement approved recommendations.
Troubleshoot OGL and Journey related issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system enhancements.
Maintain documentation and training materials to support user adoption and compliance.
