    We are seeking an experienced Oracle Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead who will be responsible for leading and managing the Oracle ERP implementation.

    Ensuring that all OCM deliverables and activities are executed smoothly efficiently, and effectively.

    5+ years of experience in Oracle Finance and Operations, and Organizational Change Management.

    They will contribute to and lead the Finance and Operations Oracle implementation including cultural changes, and end-to-end impacts.

    They will follow the Client’s Transformation Office’s OCM process, methodology, and own the plan, timing, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

    The Organizational Change Management Lead is responsible for the “people” side of change.

    This role will be part of a fast-moving team focused on thoughtful management, delivering excellent results, and realizing measurable desired outcomes.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support the client's Oracle Operations and Finance implementation. This includes pre-go-live, go-live, and post-go-live support.

    Identify stakeholders and establish strong relationships to gain support and buy-in for proposed changes.

    Assess the impact of changes on various stakeholders and develop strategies to address resistance and mitigate risks.

    Create and execute communication plans to keep employees informed about upcoming changes, their rationale, and their impact.

    Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes, systems, or ways of working.

    Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful implementation.

    Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change efforts and track outcomes.

    Analyze feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve strategy and plans.

    Help identify and address OCM and project related risks.

    Collaborate with Project Leads from different parts of the business and advocate for business areas’ needs and risks.

    Qualifications/ Education:

    Required: BA/ BS in engineering, Math, Science, Business, or equivalent experience in related fields.

    Preferred: Masters degree in Engineering, Math, Science, or Business.

    Required Experience:

    Experience leading project teams in a matrix organization

    Experience driving initiatives tied to cultural change

    This is a remote position.
