Oracle Payroll Interface SME ( this is new JD pl read carefully)

Engagement:

· Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll integration (75% Technical -25% functional)

· Designing data models and layouts per ADP

· Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll Interface V2 (OGPI), specifically for integrating and synchronizing HR and payroll data with ADP Payroll systems.

· Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Extracts, including:

o Designing and modifying extract definitions

o Managing extract rules, filters, and delivery options

o Implementing Fast Formulas within extracts for dynamic data logic and conditions

· Proficient in Oracle BI Publisher / XML Publisher for output formatting:

o Creating and customizing .rtf templates

o requirements

· Successfully delivered accurate and secure payroll data extracts aligned with ADP’s interface requirements and supported automated file delivery over SFTP.

· Strong Experience working with Celergo/ADP integration is required- 5-7years experience is must to have

· 12-15+ years of experience in IT with 9-10 years in Oracle Cloud Payroll integration (75% Technical -25% functional)

· Experience configuring fields in Oracle HCM, particularly for payroll and interface readiness

· Ability to gather requirements, define interface specs, and map fields to meet Celergo requirements

· Responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, and coordination with business and technical teams
